First Lady Teon Mayweather

Elder Teon Mayweather is the First Lady of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in College Park, GA where she serves along side her husband faithfully since March 2006. First Lady Mayweather assists the Body of Christ as the Church Administrator. It is her desire to see the saints of God grow into full maturity in their walk with Christ. Pastor Mayweather has a passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God.

First Lady Mayweather’s passion in ministry is teaching and training the women of God. Under her direction the Women’s Ministry has grown to provide training for the Women In Ministry, fellowship for Ministers Wives’, monthly meetings for all women in the church, a Young Ladies Ministry, an annual Women’s Weekend, a Young Ladies Retreat, and a Girl’s Tea Party. Under the direction of Pastor Mayweather, First Lady Mayweather has the privilege of teaching the Ministers In Training and overseeing the Christian Education Ministry.

First Lady Mayweather has been blessed to be joined in marriage to Pastor Mayweather since September 2002. They have a son Derek Mayweather II and a daughter Cerrigan.

If there is one scripture that provides a statement of purpose for First Lady Mayweather it would be Isaiah chapter 61, which starts out by saying that, “The spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.”
